I have forgotten the userid and and need a password reset in order to Login to classnames.net
I received the AUTO RENEW NOTICE from donotreply@name-services.com. Apparently the credit card on file has expired.

A link to classnames.net is provided but as mentioned above I am unable to use it.

Would someone from CC please advise?

Note: The sentence at the bottom of the e-mail, "If you have any questions, please reply to this e-mail." is confusing and probably should be removed.
