Hello,

Classmate Jeff Linowes bought a $30 event ticket with a CC, and we want to refund his money. I tried to delete his transaction - the popup reminded me it was a refund - but it didn't go through.

I hoped to reverse it before it's posted so he is not charged a fee.

Is he attending and just not being charged or not attending?

I processed the refund. You can manually add it back in under Register a Classmate if you need to add him or a guest and not charge them.

I see an additional transaction listed as a check transaction done later this evening.
