We are working with a reunion planning company. They have requested that I save all the photos I've uploaded to the site to a CD or DVD to send to them so they can create badges and a video presentation for our upcoming reunion. Now that there is photo vault, is there a quick way to save to a CD or DVD directly from the site, or do I have to copy them from my hard drive onto a CD/DVD?

You're much better off copying them directly from your hard drive to the DVD. Presumably you uploaded the photos yourself so I'm assuming you have them all locally already. We do have a convenient mechanism for downloading photos you didn't add to the site yourself though (i.e. photos added by Classmates). If you haven't noticed already, just click on Manage Classmates and there is a button there for downloading all Classmate photos in one big zip file.
