I'd like to set up a "question of the week" page where people could respond. And I'd like each topic to be listed separately, as new ones are added. comments get really lost on the "What's New" page, so I would want this to be set up sort of like the photo memories page where you can have individual sections.
Is there a template I can use for this?

Have you thought about doing a survey?
Won't be as simple as you suggest though, but it COULD get the job done.
