Obviously I can't copy java script code into one of these posts - it even killed the "delete" option at the bottom so I can't remove it. But I've still got the problem of trying to put a java script into and announcement. Don't know if it's script in general or this particular snippet of code - how can I show it to you?

Top one - "T-shirts"
The error I'm getting on preview is:
Changes were made to this link; Update code.

Is that on their end?

You can attach a file with the javascript Idea

Don't know if "code" tags work - let me see. That works too Exclamation

As an aside, the reason the "delete", etc got removed is because the ending /script was not copied. Maybe that's the problem in the announcement too Question

I am not certain that the script will work in there. I am wondering if it needs to be placed in the Google Analytics box on the Preferences page. Jack... what do you think? I looked at the code and it seemed complete.

Just got back. Undid the html in the other post to see what is probably in the announcement (I can't see) and have to guess a bit here.

I looks like the purpose of the script is to create an iframe and then have the store reside in that or is it just supposed to link to it?

The "img" is not an image, but if I "fix" that, what I end up with is a link to the store.

If it's supposed to be an iframe with the store inside, suggest doing that explicitly.

If a "link" to the store, don't need that script at all.

I'm assuming this is where we want users to end up LINK

P.S. And yes, the message given is not by CC but by the site. The way it reads to me is that the "linkid" of 861 got changed. Maybe that's not the right store now?

That's sounds about right. Since I can get the link itself out of the code, I'll just make my own ad with a better picture anyway. They didn't give me much control over how the banner looked. Thanks, Scott and Jack!
