In Edit Site Pages go to the page where you want the link to be accessible. Type in the verbiage you want to say about it. Perhaps, "Go here to see....." Highlight the word or words that you want to be the hyperlink. Click on the chain icon (third from the right in the second row) at the top of the edit box. In the space for URL put http://www.timesnews.net/article/9078203/kentucky-students-to-attend-wise-countys-career-and-technical-center
