I am trying to change the header for emails but this is the response I get "Your Favicon photo must be of the same height and width."

Please let me know how to solve.

Hi Ray,

The email header pulls from the school logo.

If you attach the logo you wish to use I can test it and make sure it's pulling for email.

There is a separate upload for the favicon that does require a specific size.

Hi Jessica, Pesky Paul here again. Gwen Cory and I have been a heck of a time changing the Favicon for our KHS Class Website. Creating the Favicon is pretty much a snap. Uploading has been a big sticky! We've review the comments on the "Help & Tips" Blog and we are getting the same errors that are listed there! " Oops … something went wrong during file upload:

Looks like you got the Favicon to work... There were times when I was changing my Favicon and the browser had cached the old one so it didn't appear to have worked.

Change to the NEW JVideo player that automatically adjusts to screen size. Required for Responsive sites. What you used is an OLD method that I did a long time ago on my own page. Remove ALL that code you have and use new Jukebox option instead
