I've inadvertently changed the size of my pages. How do I go back to the default size of the pages.

Did you change Design? That is where a layout can be changed. You are using a Classic design. Responsive Design is the only one where you can change the available space on pages. Of did you mean the visible screen changed in the browser? For a browser zoom issue press CTRL+0 keys at the the same time. That resets zoom to the default.
