I'm following the instructions to Grant Admin Access for a couple of people, and the checkbox is missing. Where is it?

ONLY the Root Admin can set or edit admin access for other classmates.

I am the root admin but do not find any area where I can grant admin access. Where do I find the screen that I see in the help video to appoint a co-admin?

Holy cow--I just discovered that somehow my current co-admin is listed as root. That's wrong. How on earth do we change this? No wonder I'm not seeing the screens for granting admin access.

Hi Darlene, Only the Root Admin can change who is assigned as the Root. They can go into Preferences and on their version of the Preferences page they will see an option to reassign the root - it will be a dropdown menu of co-admins they can select from. They would need to select the new root admin and then save the page. Jessica
