A classmate just sent me an email that the announcements of impending birthdays now go out with a subject of "Notice about so-and-so", and it is a cause of concern, sounding more like a possible illness or death than a notice of an impending birthday. He wants me to change the subject title to something more appropriate like "Impending Birthday for so-and-so". Do I have this capability as administrator?

Hi Dave, Having the term "Birthday" in the subject line was causing many notices to automatically go to users spam/junk folders. We were looking at alternatives. Notice about has a higher deliverability, however, I do see your point. I'm going to ask the programmers to change it to: Your Notify Me Reminder Notice for so-and-so. Jessica

It has already been changed. If we know the birth year we are listing it as So-and-so is turning xx and if not Your Notify Me Reminder for So-and-so. Jessica
