I don't understand where to set the "active" field to "no". I have looked everywhere.

In the time since you posted this, we have been looking into this (along with a number of other things). I apologize for taking so long to get back to you. Rest assured, this is on the radar for the programming team to address. I just wanted to let you know that although the "Active" box is not presently available on that page, we are working on restoring that tool for you.

The ACTIVE flag in the forums has been added, so that the comment you see should now be correct.
