Trying unsuccessfully to insert a jpg image into an obituary on our In Memorial page. Any ideas?

What have you tried?

To insert an image into the text, it is exactly the same as inserting an image into the editor of any page.
Edit Site Pages,
Edit IN MEMORY page
Edit the classmate obituary information (OR select the classmate and click ADD, then do this step)
place the cursor where you want the image
Click the IMAGE button
BROWSE your local hard drive for the image
UPLOAD
Save the changes
View the In Memory for the classmate to see how the image looks
Make changes as desired
