Our subscription status is currently "Free Member", but I am considering upgrading our site to a paid subscription. If I were to start out with the 1 Year Package, will I be able to upgrade to a longer term package at any time or will I have to wait until the 1 Year Package expires?

Any time you add more money to your paid subscription, it just extends your current subscription. So no, you can start with one year now (or pay monthly if you want) and then at any time, upgrade to more than that any time you want.

Okay... Great! We just started collecting donations for our site, but the money is a little slow coming in right now. Since we're listing contributors on the site I think it's going to catch on. I just wanted to make sure we could upgrade as the money comes in.
