LINK TO INACTIVE "SURVEY MAKER" PAGEs

How to? Can I link to an inactive "Survey Maker" Page from the website or by email? We had a 60th Birthday Celebration for our Class of '69 and I have turned off (inactive) all pages dealing with the Celebration. I have had several requests for maps and links on those inactive pages and I do not want to activate the pages on our website. I tried to link with the url address of the inactive pages and I get no response (blank screen) when I try to link back to the inactive pages. Kudos in advance,

Nope. Surveys must be active. If you don't have any survey questions, you could move the "Survey" to a Gallery Creator page. These can be accessed if the page is not activated.
