Emailing class using smartphone

I am trying to use the email class feature accessing my site on my smartphone and it is not sending the email once completed. It will save the draft of the email and all other email features work except for formatting, but will not send. Had to use a pc to send email. Using chrome on an android.

I just tested this via Chrome on my Android and it works for me. Any other admins running into this issue?
