At the bottom of the stories text box, the sentence reads "Let administrator know if you require more space." I have someone looking for 4 times the current usage.

I'd try using the User Forums for really long stories. In that same box on the Classmate Profiles page the someone in question could always link directly to the User Forums. This area really isn't meant to accommodate something 32,000 characters long. You could always add 4 different boxes for stories to go. But I'm thinking a User Forum area is probably better suited for something like this, maybe create a separate forum specifically for School Stories that everybody can use.
