Is there a flat percentage to determine fees when items are bought using Paypal? I just want to know is it 4.5% (or whatever it is...) for every order or does it vary? If it varies, how do you determine what the percentage will be?

I think you have to be logged into Paypal to get to it. This is basically what it says only it's in a nice neat table.
