Is there any way to avoid having an email going out to the class that is very wide? When I send a test email to myself, I have to open up my email client to the width of the screen. IMO people shouldn't have to scroll back and forth to read an email. Would be nice to have it sent out about the size of the editing screen, or that by making the window smaller, the text readjusts itself like it does on word processors.

There is not an easy way to adjust this. What is your screen resolution set to? Our email are not formatted "that wide"... they should fit fine on most email clients.
