I need to know how to change administrators for our website.

If you need to add a new co-admin, you need to go to Manage Classmates > Enter / Edit Classmates > Details next to the intended Co-admins name > Look for Grant Admin Access and then click the check box and select any desired access you wish to grant. If you want to transfer Root admin to a co-admin, you need to go to the Preferences page and there will be a dropdown at the top of the page where you can select a new root admin.

I'm trying to add a new administrator but the grant Admin Access box is not visible on the details of classmates page or any of our classmates pages. Please help!

Yes. I just realized that you are not the root admin and you don't have that permission added to your admin functions. You will need to talk to Nancy.
