Should this code be enabled, or not, for the IP address not to appear? Confused. Have left a phone message for a return call. Please help.

The IP address will appear for admins only. It is not related to BB Code. BB Code is short for Bulletin Board code and its just the older way of posting replies in a forum/bulletin board. Most users will use the more visual editor option, however, BB Code has been around a long time and some may prefer it so we kept it as an advanced option. As the admin you will see the IP. End users will not. There is not a setting to turn this off.
