Brad,

I have created a section with in my survey's section that is called "Senior Ambitions" before I get much further on it, I was wondering if you could tell me how I can get each persons ambition to start at the the top of their individual section. Some ambitions are big and some are small, and it looks bad that it is centering with in the column. So one may start up top and then the next person name starts in the middle of the column because it is a small ambition. How do I get them all to start at the top, so they are all aligned the same, with in each column. Sorry to ramble, just wanted to make sure I explained my self enough.

I was going to tell you to make sure the cells are all top alighed but it looks like you already have it set that way. The table looks great.
