I am wondering how can we send email blast to a particular state. For example I want to send an email to all the NY past student then all students in Pennsylvania. how can I do that? Help.

That function is not part of the system, however, you can download the class list under Manage Classmates and sort them in excel by state and then go to Email the Class and email selected members and then just check off the ones that meet your criteria from the excel sort.
