One of the events for our reunion is a free picnic. Guests can bring their own lunch or purchase one to be delivered. Guests who purchase lunch aren't being charged despite the upgrade in event planner, so when they purchase tickets for the evening event, they're only being charged a partial amount.

Two questions: 1) Is there a way to invoice classmates for their lunch, and 2) how can I edit the activity in the event planner to prevent this from happening again?

In the transactions that I inspected , the upcharges appeared to be applying. Please provide a specific transaction that I can review where the upcharge did not apply.

Thanks for the quick response. They are applying but attendees are only charged for their ticket to the evening event. Take a look at transaction #236616. They're highlighted in my event planner transaction list.
