visible without login

In the past no site pages were visible without properly logging in. Recently however the home page and many of the items in the main menu are visible simply going to the website address even after clearing browser cache. What is set wrong?

Via Edit Site Pages > Edit Link for each page... you can review your settings for each page for the checkbox regarding Restrict to classmates only.
