I have a music CD of our Class favorites that I want to put a new lable on. Does anybody know if I can put a new label over the old one and still have the CD play ok? The original label will not come off. Thanks for any help.

It will play, but you risk ruining your CD player, particularly if it has an automatic changer. I had to have the player in my car repaired because an added on lable got stuck inside the player. Not worth the money to do it. A player that has a large compartment and doesn't do any shuffling might not be at risk. Diana

You can get a CD Label Maker from "Memorex" at Wal-Mart. Cost about $10. You get the software to create your own label, the label template. It's real easy to use. You should be able to place the new lable on the old one with no problem.
