Several classmates who opt to receive daily email Notifications have not received daily since June 21, 2021. Some use Gmail; others use various OS. Some just log on manually. Since late June 2021 our Statistics continue to be low. Tech support please advise. Thank you.

Please email me an example email address. Email it to info@classcreator.com (don't post it here please as the forums are public).

I don't see any gmail bounces on your site - if it is bouncing it would appear in your bounce list.

They might need to look to see if the messages are going in their spam/junk or the gmail promotions folder.

Jessica. I logged on to this forum because I did not receive your reply. Will send what you request soon. Btw - often I also do not receive comments which should generate an email notification. The classmate name I plan to send works as an IT & always checks their spam folder. Elena

Hi Elena,

I'm writing because I'm experiencing the very same thing, that is no replys to problems. Jessica has just ghosted me, from my prespective. I started another fresh discription of my probem and nothing since the 22nd of Oct. I understand they can be busy but even just a note, "We are working on your issue" would be helpful!!

I just thought I would comment.
