Try doing either of the following: 1) Left click to the right of your picture so your cursor is blinking just after your picture. Hold down your SHIFT key and then press Enter (holding down the Shift key will make the cursor advance down only 1 line instead of 2). Then type your caption. Center both your photo and caption on the page. 2) Insert a table 1 column x 2 rows. In the first row insert your picture. In the second row type your caption. Then right click on your table and go into Table Properties. Set your table border to zero. You might also experiment with changing the width of your table. By doing this you can determine where your caption wraps under your photo.
