An admin from another Class Creator site and I both noticed today that in adding a deceased member, we can no longer insert the year deceased although I did so a few days ago. Is this an "oopsy" or will we be listing the deceased in alphabetical order by default from now on?

Hi Margaret,

Adding the year deceased is always an option on the details page - it is a dropdown menu of years. I checked your site and confirmed it is there. If you didn't assign a year when they were originally added you can also edit it after the fact by going to the following pages:

Admin Functions > Edit Site Pages > In Memory > Edit Page - scroll past the editor at the top of the page and past the area where you can add them to In Memory and you will see a list of all existing entries that you can sort by year or alphabetically. Each entry has an Edit option next to it. If you didn't enter a year initially they will appear under Year Unknown or sort alphabetically to find them quickly that way and then edit.

On the Edit Page the Display lists: Display: (x) By Year Deceased () Alphabetically

Both alphabetically or by year are always a sort option on the In Memory page
