We have only 2 classmates and 2 administrators show on our (statistics - last logins) in the past five days. This has never happened since we put up the website. Am I doing something wrong?

I don't see anything wrong. I imagine this is just a natural fluctuation in site participation. You may wish to start some new conversations in the user forums and post some fresh content on the home page to stimulate further use of the site. You can visit the admin forums for lots of discussion about getting classmates to participate in the site more actively.

Eric you were right. I sent out an email to the class titled Veterans and put up a Picture Gallery of 39 vets from our class. We received 13 hit in the next 12 hours. I just have to be a little more creative.
