Can some one help an old man understand PayPal?

How does it work? Is there a charge to use it? Does the payment go directly to a checking account?

I want to try to set it up to offset the cost of domain name and subscription to ClassCreator

What is the best and easiest way to do this?

You can Click here to join Paypal.

Choose the Business Web Site Stardard option - the site is configured to automatically work with this set up. There is no fee to sign up for Paypal. They do have a payment processing transaction fee outlined on their site.

Once you opened your account established we have two main areas of the site that are configured to work with Paypal. One is the donation module can be turned on using the Edit Site Pages - choose the edit button next to your home page and choose the Donation link.

You can also use your Paypal account to allow for online reunion payments using the Reunion Planner module.
