I've never had any difficulty in sending out an e-mail to all class members.
This month I cannot get it to work.
I select "send to all classmates"
then after drafting the e-mail I press send and a message returns that it has been sent to zero classmates.
What am I doing wrong?!

I edited your "December Update" e-mail. You have ZERO CLASSMATES selected. You need to select some classmates to receive your e-mail. Click the SELECT ALL button if you just want to send the e-mail to everyone.

Thanks, Kyle - but when I press "Select All" nothing happens.
That is what the problem seems to be - what am I missing?

It is working okay in Firefox, however I see there is a problem with IE. I will forward this to a programmer, but please use Firefox for now if possible. Thanks

Hi Scott,
I don't use Firefox nor would I know how to set it up without disturbing my IE.

However, I'm writing this from the other site of which I am an administrator, http://www.classcreator.com/Cape-Town-South-Africa-Uct-Graduate-School-Of-Business-197/
and find that on this site I have no problem in "Selecting All" classmates for the e-mail.
So there must be some difference in the sites setup rather than my software??

Michael

Yeah, I figured out earlier today that it was specific to the data on that site (DHS 1960) - and only a problem in Internet Explorer.

However, I haven't figured out *WHY* yet ...

The two sites actaully use the exact same software - the difference is in the list of users being returned fill the list box...

I'll figure it out but probably not 'til tomorrow.

Alright Michael, I've got this fixed now. It was related to one of your classmates whose last name had a special character in it (an "e" with a backtick over the top.. not sure what that's called!) - Mockè

Anyway, this should work as expected now!
