Credit Card Transactions not going through

Good morning We are using this website to organize our reunion and allow classmates to register/pay for their attendance. Our class website went live last week and several people signed up right away. However, of the 75+ people who have created profiles on the website and paid for the event, only one of these transactions has shown up. Has anyone else had similar issues? How can this be resolved? Time is critical as deposits to various vendors are due within the month. Thanks!

Matthew, I only see 2 transactions in your event planner. They are also reflected in your funds page. What other transactions are you aware of having taken place?
