Is it possible to have profile questions that classmates answer but are not visable on the site? We are going to print a reunion yearbook and want to use the website to gather info but we would like to keep at least some of it secret until we print the book.

No, but you can use a survey for that, and just opt not to allow classmates to view the results of the survey.
