PayPalDonation Glitch.jpg
I just became aware of an issue on our Class Site that "suggests" a discrepancy between PayPal and Class Creator. First seen early last week for one transaction in the Donation Manager's Transactions screen, now repeated for multiple transactions in the Event Planner Transactions screen. The transactions in question are marked with the color red and the "Transaction Invoice Total" displays as less than the "Transaction Paid Total". If you go into a transaction's "View" option, all looks well, as events and donations are listed correctly. Going into a transaction's "Edit" option, any Donations amounts are zeroed out and are displaying the following message "We are noting a discrepancy of ($50.00) between the amount of funds that our system believes were paid on this order via Paypal and what Paypal has in their records. Usually, this is a due to a refund that was initiated at Paypal instead of through Class Creator. This will cause the totals to be incorrect. Please contact Class Creator customer support and mention Transaction ID#132021." Transaction IDs and Amount vary based on Transaction On PayPal's end, Event and Donations transaction amounts look good. While it appears that the transactions to PayPal are working okay, it is disconcerting from a reunion finance management perspective especially in these final weeks. Hi Scott, When can I expect this resolution to be reflected in the Event and Donations Transaction Screens? I just checked a minute ago and the transactions referred to in my initial post are still in the same state as reported. Thanks, Jim Kinsella

Donations PayPal Issue.jpg
Hi Scott, Transaction ID 130978 is a Donation Center Transaction. Which experienced the same issue as the ones you corrected from the Events Transactions area. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction details
