I am trying to edit the Animated Script to bypass the pop-up message on an Announcement page and go directly to the animation when the webpage opens. Is this possible?

I have changed the values (both animate = 0 and 1 in each line to no avail.). I have even selectively deleted lines and tested.
Any help would be appreciated.
One final bit of info:

I have two announcements on one page, but only one announcement contains this script.
