I've noticed that the profile pictures automatically are sized to the width of the page. Depending on whose picture it is, if it's a vertical picture, that can get really large and scary. Is there any way to resize the profile pictures?

We actually have on our task list to include in the system something that can resize pictures even smaller if they're still too big....which will be something people can do at their own discretion.

For now the easiest thing for your and your Classmates to do is just resize the images to the size you desire before uploading. If anyone needs a great, free tool for doing this you can download one at www.irfanview.com.
