We are progressing slowly in adding features to our site. This question is for photo galleries. I keep seeing references to file vaults. I can guess what they are for, but where are they? How do files get into one (or more?)? We are about to go public with a gallery wing of photos from our last reunion (10 years ago). We are encouraging classmates to send us their photos, but we will control content. Where do we tell them to send the photos? Not too far in the future we intend to have a page for people to send in whatever photos they want. We intend to look at their photos before posting them. Where do they send the photos? If it matters, we have a premium account. Thanks. Barry Levinsky

The File Vaults can be accessed in a few ways, depending on what you are doing. If you are simply adding an image to an Edit Site Pages page, you would simply click the Insert Image button on the editor to upload the image. If you are adding a non image file, you would click on the Insert Link button on the Editor and upload your file to that specific file vault, and then link to your document (examples would be PDF, doc, and ppt files). If you are speaking of the Gallery Creator, you would use the Image Editor, which will allow you to upload multiple images at one time and place them into the Gallery for you to organize. As for the classmate accessible option, when you have a gallery that is live that is set to have the Upload Permissions for All Classmates, they will see a button on the bottom of the gallery page that will allow them to upload images into a gallery that would be grouped in your gallery together with photos from other classmates. If you want to review the images prior to them being posted, select the option for All Classmates but approve first.

Scott, thanks very much for your assistance. I'll be trying out your directions in the next couple of days.
