Is there a way to change the font color on the names of
deceased on memory page, or is it set based on the design we
selected? I have added a background on the page that makes it
hard to see the names. Thanks!

Oh that's interesting, a fixed JavaScript background that takes over the content area too. I've never seen that before. No the font and the icons on that page were meant to go on white. One thing you could possibly try is brightening the background a touch if you have Photoshop or a similar image editing application.
