Is there a way to make the address field a mandatory field for them to fill out when they register? I don't want it to be optional. I have had two classmates in the past week... that registered with only their email address as info.

If you make it required, there is no way that you will know if they enter "123 ABC Way" or some other fake address, so it really doesn't matter if it is required or not. Those who don't want to give their address will give a fake one.
