Question

When E-mailing the entire class about the recent maintenance shutdown, I received about 28 Bounce backs,then at the bottom of the list, it had an option to check/uncheck All, then "Delete Permanent Records".

When checking "All",then "Delete Permanent Records, does this completely delete these alumni's names and profiles from the profiles list? Some of these have not yet created a profile as of yet. Thank you!

No it will only delete the bounceback information not the classmate profile data. It is just a way of clearing out the bounceback screen.

Our site administrator gets bouncebacks when he sends it under his name and e-mails the class.

I will send the same e-mail under my name to those that bounced back to him and they don't bounceback. Any idea why this is happening?
