Is there any way for the administrator to pre-approve any new messages on the Message Forum. We had a classmate post a vicious political message and would like to avoid this from happening again.

I don't believe the administrator can pre-approve messages on the Message Forum. On the User Forums, the administrator can pre-approve topics and posts.

At the top and bottom of your Message Forum, you have a strong warning about inappropriate posts. Hopefully, this is a one-time situation and won't require you to take further steps, such as deleting the offender's profile.
