Hi Joani, We have Canadian schools who have built sites on our system, so we do normally accept Canadian zip codes. Can you tell me on exactly which page and for which classmate you got the error? That will help us figure out just what happened and how to fix it. Thanks!

The country was not selected, which is why the error popped up. The assumption is that if you haven't filled in the country, it is USA, for which only five-digit numeric values are valid. Note that if you put in the State/Province value by uploading and didn't include the zip, when you go back and select the country, the State value may change. Please just take note of the province before setting the country if you encounter this again. I entered this zip for you.
