I have recently added a guest member who is a third. However, when I add the III after his name, it comes up as Iii and if I try to do it using an "l," it comes up Lll. I didn't seem to have this problem with a second; that is, II. Any help will be appreciated - thanks. Kathleen

I saw where you were using an Apple product. Is auto correct turned on?

Individual's name is William "Jack" Edick III (and I do use a Mac so maybe that is the problem). Thanks - Kathleen

Got it. The system is programmed so that it knows if the last characters in the name field are III, it will result in "the third". But since you had Class of... in there, it was not working properly. I moved the Class of info to the "maiden name" field and it works just fine.
