I have tried to upload our school picture through the edit school/logo option from the menu. The file is JPG and I'm allowed to choose the file from the directory, but when I click SAVE it does nothing.

Is it possibly a gigantic image, such as a super large digital picture or photo scan? If so, please try resizing your school picture to 500 pixels wide prior to uploading. If you need a good free image resizer grab Irfanview from www.irfanview.com.
