One of my class members said she has tried twice to create an account and she keeps getting a message that the site has an error and she should try again. Any idea what is going on? I am new to this program and learning as I go. Thanks.

Could you get a detailed desciption of the error from your classmate? We'll need to know at what point in the process she got it, i.e. exactly which page she was on, and what steps she took leading up to the error, as well as the error message content.
