Admins not receiving Notifcations

My admins and I are have not received our usual notifications from the website in a week. We had a new alumni join the site and we never received the email notification. One of my admins only found out because it was sent to all the classmates, but no admins received it. I am not getting any notifications from the Help Forum either. Is this another glitch happening after the mitigation Can this be looked into I am curious Are any other admins having the same problem

Notifications to me, Darlene, have been very hit and miss. I don't appear to be getting them immediately anymore and, with my What's New, when they do eventually filter through there are sometimes five or six posts notified on the one Notification and sometimes the same post will appear up to four times on the Notification. Madness! I have already mentioned it on the Forum set up specifically for reporting duplicates and the like, Post Migration Items, but it seems impossible to get any answers from CC at the moment.
