I have a list of Missing Classmates (Word Document) I want to copy into a Customizable Link. I've tried everything I can think of to get it in there (Copy, Paste are greyed out - I've clicked on Source etc) What am I doing wrong?

I'm going to take a wild guess here. You are either using an older browser version, or you've turned on some type of security settings on your browser that are preventing this functionality. Please try this:

1) Upgrade to the latest version of your browser if necessary'
2) If #1 doesn't work, can you produce this same issue using any other web browswer? For instance, if you're using Internet Explorer, do you get this same issue with Firefox?

You could try to copy it from Word and paste it into Notebook, then copy it again from Notebook and paste it into ClassCreator. Some people have problems pasting directly from Word.
