Good afternoon. I'm trying to generate nametags in PDF format for my broughton68.com website. I have set my preferences and selected to generate the PDF. The page churns a bit and when I attempt to open the output file, I get a message that "Error - Failed to Load PDF Document". Any help you can provide would be most appreciated.

See your email. I just generated the PDF and opened it. I am emailing you that file. I probably don't have the same settings as you used, but this is a test.

It looks like the issue may be related to the number of classmates being exported. When I attempt to run for the entire class with guests, which is what we need, there are 699 results and the file errors out. I just tried to run it for just registrants (150 total) and the file actually output and opened fine.

Any chance you could run it with the attributes in the attached file?

Just realized I can't attach a .docx file of the attributes for selection. They are as follows:

Name Format: First Maiden (Married)
School Name: Hide
Event Name: Show
Year/Class: Hide
Photo Border: Show
Class Logo: Show
Guest Attributions: Show
Blank Nametags: Hide
Classmate Photo: Yearbook Photo
Layout: #1
Avery Format: Avery 45395
Entire Class plus Guests - Should be 699 classmates + guests
Sort: registrants(sorted by name)
Generate PDF nametags

I have the programmer looking but I don't have an estimate on time yet.
