password not changed

One of my users noticed that after they changed their password, the old one was still working. I changed their password in the Manage Classmates.. and their old one still works. Any suggestions?

Have them delete the cookies in their browers and this should work

Deleting the cookies did not work. This class can actually log on with 2 passwords. The old and the new.
