Ray - Please add an alternate email address, such as a gmail account, to your Contact Information page. That way we can determine if emails are making it to the gmail account and possibly not your own email system. Just a way to do process of elimination. If we find that notifications make it to the gmail account but not the primary email, then we at least have a place to further troubleshoot.

I just went to "Edit Contact info" and added another email. I then went to "Email the class" my year and selected just my name. I then checked my email and I received an email showing I updated my profile after a few minutes I received the email for new email but not old.

Have you added noreply@classcreator.net to your contact list (Whitelist) for primary email address

Yes. I check with the committee they did not one of the four "In Memory" that I sent. I just hate to send again if others received them. Can you tell if these were sent?

I just sent all four out as regular email. Not preferred method but it got them out.

I am running a test on my test site. I just marked one of my test users as deceased and I am now monitoring my email for the notifications.

I just sent another "In Memory" -this is my main function- and have not received notice yet. Usually I get an email within 5 minutes. I have two emails in my profile also. I will let you know if I get anything. I checked spam but it is not there either.
